We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Barberbulk.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without needing to give a reason.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at info@barberbulk.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We'll confirm the return and provide instructions on where to send the item.
Send the item back to us at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see below).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition, with all tags/seals intact where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a partial refund if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, including but not limited to personal care and grooming items. We'll always make clear on the product page if an item falls into this category.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@barberbulk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return postage costs, at no expense to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
